How’s 2018 treating you so far? Have you determined what your new hair goals will be?

No? Hmmm, could it be because you haven’t downloaded my healthy hair habits worksheet.

Well, I’d like to encourage you to take a moment and print the worksheet to help get you started.

If you recall, I mentioned in an earlier post that my hair goal for this year would be to do a better job with documenting healthy hair habits.

I know all too well how easy it is to fall off the wagon with anything new, so this year in an effort to help my struggling naturalistas, I will step up my game and display more visual demonstrations.

In today’s post I want to share my 8 effective hair habits that have benefited me over the last 4 years.

  5. Nutrition
  6. Scalp massages
  7. Moisture
  8. Protective styles

That wasn’t too painful was it? The thing is, these particular habits have been easy for me to implement on a consistent basis because I’m currently on a healthy lifestyle journey (a future post).
